History

Former COO of Tabs. I built its creator program to 100M monthly social impressions, and the paid ad engine alongside it. The numbers below come from videos that program produced.

At Tabs the loop was a creator program feeding a paid ad engine: winners moved to paid, losers were killed early. Here the category is wedding and craft flowers, and I have not run it. I would lean on your tutorials and the free sampler to learn what a bride asks before she buys.

Why now

  • 13,687

    Reviews already on the page

The site shows 13,687 reviews. Creators are not starting from zero proof; they are adding faces to it.

    Published
  • 4.75

    A rating worth filming around

The rating shows as 4.75. Builds that end on the finished piece let that number do some of the selling.

    Published
  • $149+

Free shipping starts at a clear line

Orders over $149+ ship free. Bridal bouquet, arch and centerpiece videos land right around that line.

Part 4 of 15

Principles

  1. One number to protect

Cost per 1,000 views, target $1 (Proposed). The simulator reads $5.74 today, so the first job is closing that gap, not adding more creators.

  2. One variable per test

Each batch changes one thing: the hook, the kit, or the opening shot. Losers are killed early and winners go into the hook library.

  3. Real kits, real builds

Creators film Sola kits being dyed, tied and arranged, like the Luxe Lavender Bridal Bouquet. Show the work; the claims sheet covers what is said out loud.

  4. One workspace, no DM threads

Briefs, claim questions, drafts and reports live in one shared workspace with your lead, so nothing important sits in a private chat.

Briefs, drafts, reviews and the weekly numbers

Illustrative
  1. MayaMon 8:30 AM

This week's brief: film the Luxe Lavender Bridal Bouquet build from the kit, dye step included. One hook, first three seconds on the flowers. Draft due Thursday.

  2. JessMon 11:10 AM

Can I tell viewers the Cascade Bouquet ships free?

Only on the sheet's wording: FREE SHIPPING on orders over $149+. Nothing about delivery dates or wedding-day timing.

  3. Reporter botAppMon 9:00 AM

Weekly report is posted: videos live, views, cost per 1,000 views against the $1 target, winning hooks and the creators to cut or move up a band.

  4. MayaThu 2:15 PM

Jess, the hook lands, but the caption says the bouquet lasts forever. That is not on the claims sheet. Cut it and resend today.

  5. Reporter botAppSat 7:40 PM

Priya's cascade build passed 100,000 views, all organic. Flat $50 bonus logged for the month. Hook added to the library.

  6. PriyaFri 10:05 AM

Pre-post check: paid label on, claims sheet open, no price wording beyond the product page. Posting at noon.

Clear to post. Send the link here when it's live.

The messages illustrate the working channel, with invented people: briefs go out on Monday, claims questions get an answer the same day, and nothing posts without the check.

Part 5 of 15

Formats

  1. Free sampler unboxing

    Brief 01

    Free sampler unboxing

“I tried the free flower sample before planning anything.”

Top-down on a table. Open the package, lay each flower out, touch the texture. Natural light, no claims, no music over the voice.

  2. Cascade bouquet build

    Brief 02

    Cascade bouquet build

“Watch a cascade bouquet go from loose stems to done.”

Vertical, tripod, one continuous build. Time-lapse the dye step, slow down at the final tie, end on the finished shape.

  3. Groom's boutonniere

    Brief 03

    Groom's boutonniere

“A groom's boutonniere, built at the kitchen table.”

Close-up of hands. Show the kit contents first, then the build one flower at a time, then pinned to a lapel.

  4. Small bouquet, start to finish

    Brief 04

    Small bouquet, start to finish

“One small bouquet, every step, no cuts.”

Side angle at a window. Pick the colors, dye, dry, arrange, tie. Keep the clock visible and the voice-over short.

  5. Loose bouquet styling

    Brief 05

    Loose bouquet styling

“Perfect Simplicity loose bouquet: how I'd style it.”

Drop stems into a vase, turn it once, then show it in two rooms. Handheld, steady, ends on a wide shot.

Every product line in a video comes off the claims sheet word for word, for example “Better florals for less.”, “FREE SHIPPING on orders over $149+”, “4.75 rating 13,687 reviews”. Product names are said as printed.

Part 6 of 15

Recruiting

Four sources in

  • Engaged brides in planning mode

Search wedding-planning and DIY wedding flower videos. Brides already filming their build are the closest match to your kits.

  • Craft and dye makers

Your kits ship with dye bottles, so creators who recolor flowers on camera bring a process that is already the content.

  • Stylists and decor creators

Wedding stylists and home decor makers who dress arches, tables and centerpieces and can show Terracotta or Lavender pieces in a real room.

  • Affiliate or ambassador page

I did not find an affiliate or ambassador page on the site. There is no existing roster to inherit, so this would be the first one.

Five filters, fewer each step

  1. 1Builds on camera

Shows hands doing the work, not only a finished arrangement.

  2. 2Audience fit

Followers are brides, bridesmaids or DIY decor fans, not general lifestyle.

  3. 3Clean claims record

Past posts make no outcome promises about any product.

  4. 4Follows a brief

Sends a first draft with the hook inside the first three seconds.

  5. 5Holds a cadence

Can deliver seven videos a week for the whole program.

Part 7 of 15

Who

  • Engaged DIY bride

Planning her own wedding on a budget and films the whole bridal bouquet build.

Likely product: Luxe Lavender Bridal Bouquet

  • Bridesmaid

Documents making matching bouquets for the group and the dye choices behind them.

Likely product: Luxe Lavender Bridesmaid Bouquet

  • Craft dyer

Recolors flowers for fun; the dye step is the hook and the payoff.

Likely product: Dye Pack Combo - Luxe Lavender

  • Rustic wedding stylist

Dresses arches and aisles and shows decor in a real venue.

Likely product: Luxe Terracotta Wedding Arch Decor

  • Tabletop decorator

Home decor creator who builds centerpieces for dinner tables.

Likely product: Wild Style Luxe Terracotta Centerpiece

  • Event corsage maker

Makes corsages for weddings and events and shows each step slowly.

Likely product: Luxe Lavender Special Corsage

Left off, every time

Always left out: creators who promise wedding-day results or delivery dates, accounts that hide the paid label, and anyone who wants to quote beyond the claims sheet. Category rule: no claim the site does not make.

Quoted exactly as the brand publishes it.

  • “Better florals for less.”

Opening line or caption of any video.

  • “FREE SHIPPING on orders over $149+”

Call to action on bridal bouquet, arch and centerpiece builds.

  • “4.75 rating 13,687 reviews”

Only as the page displays it, in an end card or caption.

  • “Free Bridal Flower Consultation”

Never said

Each one with the reason it stays out.

  • These last forever

No lasting claim on the site. Creators show the build, not a lifespan.

  • Cheaper than real flowers

A comparison the site does not make.

  • Everything ships free

Free shipping applies to orders over $149+ only.

  • Arrives before your wedding date

No delivery promise is on the site.

  • The dye is safe for kids and skin

A safety claim the brand has not made. Follow the kit instructions only.

  • Great for allergies

    A health outcome. Never allowed.

  • Guaranteed to match your colors exactly

Not on the sheet; colors vary by selection.

To confirm with the brand

Held until someone on the brand side signs off.

  • Any sale or markdown wording beyond the crossed-out price

Products show a higher crossed price, but I have not confirmed the terms. Quote nothing until your lead does.

  • What the Our Guarantees page promises

The page title appears but its terms were not collected. Creators stay off it until confirmed.

Part 10 of 15

Pay

  • Starter

    $300–600

    a month, by band

For new creators with a real audience of brides or DIY makers; short builds, one kit per video.

    Bonus at the cap: $300

  • Standard

    $500–1,000

    a month, by band

For creators who hold seven videos a week and clear drafts on the first pass.

    Bonus at the cap: $500

  • Premium

    $800–1,500

    a month, by band

For creators whose builds keep winning; they carry bigger kits like the Luxe Lavender Cascade Bouquet.

    Bonus at the cap: $700

  1. Under 100,000 views

    $0

The base pay covers the work.

  2. 100,000 views

    +$50 flat

    Whatever the band.

  3. 1,000,000 views

    Top-up to your cap

Bonus = band cap − base pay.

  • One bonus per creator per month, so one viral video cannot stack on another.
  • Per video: a video past 100,000 views earns $50 flat.
  • Organic views only. Boosted or paid views never count toward the bonus.
  • No bonus on a video that broke the claims sheet or the category rule, even if it took off.

Starter: $600 cap − $300 fee = $300 bonus; Standard: $1,000 cap − $500 fee = $500 bonus; Premium: $1,500 cap − $800 fee = $700 bonus.

The bonus pays for reach after the work is done, never instead of it. One bonus per creator per calendar month keeps it an incentive and keeps the program cost predictable.

Part 11 of 15

Simulator

At the starting inputs the program costs $10,050 for about 1.8M views: $5.74 per 1,000 views against the $1.00 target. It needs 4.2% of videos to go viral, or a median of 21,711 views.

Above the $1 target at these inputs.

To hit $1, the roster needs about 10.1M views a month. That means about 4.2% of videos going viral, or a median near 22K views per video. That is why the day-90 gate exists: keep the accounts that clear it, replace the rest.

Proposed, not measured. Views = videos × median, breakouts at 10× the median, viral at 750K. Bonus: +$50 for a viral video, one per creator per month.

The math. Videos a month = 10 creators × 7 a week × 52 ÷ 12 = 303. Views per video = (1 − 4% − 0.5%) × 1,500 + 4% × 10 × 1,500 + 0.5% × 750,000 = 5,782.5; 303 videos × 5,782.5 = 1.8M views a month. Cost = 10 × $1,000 = $10,000 base + 1 bonus × $50 = $10,050. Cost per 1,000 views = $10,050 ÷ 1.8M × 1,000 = $5.74 against a $1.00 target. To hit the target, either 4.2% of videos go viral or the median video reaches 21,711 views, other inputs held.

Move the sliders and the label recalculates. The result is only as good as the guesses behind it, so the median views, the share of breakouts and the share of viral videos are marked as Assumptions until the first month of posts replaces them.

Organic to paid

From organic to paid

  1. Pick the winner

Only videos that beat the median in organic move on. The hook goes into the library either way.

  2. Confirm usage rights

Get written permission from the creator before anything is boosted. Pay terms for paid use are agreed separately.

  3. Boost a clean copy

Same video, paid label kept, claims sheet checked again before spend starts.

  4. Test one variable

Change only the hook or the call to action against the original. Kill the loser early.

From the video to the checkout

  • Free Flower Sample for cold viewers who have not seen a kit yet.
  • Shop by Theme for videos that show Luxe Lavender or Luxe Terracotta pieces.
  • Free Bridal Flower Consultation for brides still planning.
  • Cart-building videos mention free shipping only as the site words it: orders over $149+.
  • Tutorials for first-time DIYers who ask how the build works.

Part 15 of 15

Category rules

Wedding and craft flowers: what a creator may say

These are wood flowers sold as kits and decor. Creators show what is on screen and stay inside the claims sheet. The page adds its own legal line.

  • Show, don't promise

Say what the camera shows: the kit, the dye, the finished bouquet. No promises about lifespan, look on the day or results for anyone's wedding.

  • Label every video

Every video carries the paid-partnership label and #ad, including the ones that pass 100,000 views and earn the $50 bonus.

  • Prices exactly as shown

Quote a price or crossed-out price only as the product page shows it, such as $114.99 for the Luxe Lavender Bridal Bouquet. Never invent a discount.

  • No timelines

Shipping is mentioned only as free on orders over $149+. No delivery dates and no wedding-day promises.

  • Dye and craft safety

Kits include 1 oz bottles of dye. Creators follow the kit instructions and make no safety, skin or health claims about it.

  • Real people, real consent

No guests, children or venues on camera without permission. Music must be licensed for paid use if the video is ever boosted.

The brand’s legal team sets the final rules. This is the operating floor I’d start from, not legal advice.
